Present: Councillor Dave DENNIS (Chair), Councillor Peter KNOWLSON, Councillor Dan ELLSTON, Councillor Chris WILLIAMS (Ludgershall and Rural North) and Philip PALMER (Clerk and RFO). Phil GILL (outgoing clerk) was also present.
Apologies: Councillors BATLEY, LEIGH, HEYS, and BAILEY.
