Present: Cllr J Wood (Chairman), Cllr D Dennis, Cllr S Batley, Cllr P Knowlson, Cllr J Leigh, Cllr D Ellston, and Cllr M-L Hey.
In Attendance: Mr P Gill (Clerk), Wilts Cllr C Williams, and 15 members of the public.
Apologies: Cllr S Lyons (Vice Chairman), Cllr A Green, and PCSO Rupinder Kaur.
